The University of Tulsa picked up its 18th football commitment for the class of 2010 this morning when highly-recruited Arlington (Texas) Lamar running back Ja'Terian Douglas called Golden Hurricane coaches with his verbal pledge. The 3-star prospect is one of the top players in the state of Texas and is a nationally-ranked RB.
