Milton Knox is a wildcat
The Bruins have been trying to find ways to use Milton Knox and much to the chagrin of the Washington Huskies, they did by playing the talented scat back at wild cat quarterback. He end up rushing for 35 yards on seven carries, not including a couple of nice runs that were called back because of penalties, but it seems that good things happen when Knox has the ball in his hands.
Knox talked to BruinBlitz.com recently to get his thoughts on his performance against Washington.
BruinBlitz.com: You looked like you were having fun out there against Washington
Knox: "It was real fun out there. I was able to go out there and make plays and not try to make things happen too much, I was just able to be myself and give the team an offensive spark. We needed a little spark and a little swagger and we were able to do that and provide that in the fourth quarter of the Oregon State game.
"We saw a glimpse of what could be. We have a lot of great playmakers so I against Washington I was able to be one of the many playmakers we have on this team."
