Rutgers received an upgrade in the recruiting game on Monday when three-star running back Casey Turner of Ed White High School in Jacksonville, Florida announced his intentions to become a Scarlet Knight. Turner had previously committed to Florida International, but experienced a change of heart. The decision came following an official weekend visit to Rutgers.
