Junction City (Ark.) four-star defensive tackle Byran Jones made his first trip to Auburn this weekend.

The 6-foot-3, 300-pound Jones was on campus for an official visit.

"It went well," said Jones, ranked by Rivals.com as the No. 2 prospect in Arkansas. "I feel like everybody is a family at Auburn. They made me feel good.

"I hung out with a couple of players, met with the coaches. Everybody is a family. Everybody being real close, that is what excited me about the whole weekend."
