Denton Guyer corner interested in A&M
Denton Guyer head coach John Walsh has taken his last two teams to the Class 4A semifinals. He's also sent numerous players to the next level during that time, and he's already had two members of the 2011 class, quarterback J.W. Walsh and defensive end Jimmy Bean, make verbal commitments.
Thus, it's safe to say that Walsh knows talent when he sees it and it's easy to take him seriously when he says that junior cornerback Josh Stewart is one of the fastest rising members of the class of 2011.
The 5-foot-10, 163-pound prospect has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Minnesota, Iowa and SMU and is gaining significant interest from Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and Boise State.
