Back in February of last year Virginia Tech offered cornerback Kyle Fuller. The 5-foot-11, 178-pounder gave his pledge back in July for the Hokies following his brother, Vincent a former star for Tech. The Baltimore (Md.) Mount St. Joseph prospect is back from an injury that marred his senior year and ready to make his way to Blacksburg.
