The offer sheet for McKeesport (Pa.) defensive tackle Delvon Simmons reached a dozen over the weekend, and the most recent scholarship came from the closest college, as defensive line coach Greg Gattuso and the Pitt coaching staff decided to pull the trigger and offer Simmons.
