NC State officially starts working for the 2010 season Tuesday afternoon when the first practice begins around 4:30 p.m. The Pack enters the fourth season under head coach Tom O'Brien picked to finish fourth in the Coastal Division of the ACC, but also buoyed by the return of fifth-year senior linebacker Nate Irving and redshirt junior quarterback Russell Wilson.
