Over the summer, Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) Chaffey C.C. current Husker safety commit Daimion Stafford has stayed in touch with coach Carl Pelini and on track to be a December graduate.

With Nebraska set to lose at least five members from their secondary after 2010, Stafford is planning to fight for a starting spot on next year's team.
