Last Friday evening Clemson offensive coordinator Billy Napier made his way to the Queen City to scout a quarterback the Tigers have been eyeing for some time. And the 6-foot-4 208-pound QB plans to be in Clemson this weekend, accompanying a Tiger commit in the process.
