Bill Self traveled to Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., on Monday to check in on Naadir Tharpe. Shortly thereafter, the 5-foot-11, 185-pound point guard had a firm scholarship offer from Self and the Jayhawks. Instead of taking his remaining scheduled visits, Tharpe, just moments ago, put an end to his recruitment.
