Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville athlete Frank Clark took part in a 7-on-7 camp this summer at Michigan, and his performance certainly generated positive buzz for the 6-2, 210-pound prospect. On Wednesday that buzz turned into a scholarship offer from the Wolverines.
