It won't be long before the entire country learns where St. Peter's Prep running back Savon Huggins will spend his future. This Friday afternoon, rivals.com's 58th ranked player in the nation will announce his college decision. Huggins finished up the last of his official visits this weekend with a trip to nearby Rutgers University.
