Thursday marked another day of spring practice for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and it also marked another practice visitor leaving Piscataway with an offer. On Tuesday it was Saddle Brook linebacker Steve Longa. Today, it was St. Peter's Prep tight end Michael Giacone.
