Downey (Calif.) Army All-American Jabari Ruffin is now a part of a dynamic duo. Ruffin, who committed to USC March 2, was united this week in the Trojans class of 2012 by Norco (Calif.) four-star linebacker Scott Starr. The No. 1 and No. 2 rated linebackers in California fill a position of need for USC this recruiting cycle.
