MORGANTOWN--While West Virginia offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh was crowing about offensive tackle Quinton Spain in early June, he should be happy to know that a couple of Mountaineer linemen have his back during the summer workouts.

"In Quinton Spain, I see a guy with unlimited potential to be one of the better linemen I have coached. He's a massive guy. He swallows guys up. He's just got to learn to play confidently every play. He's got to improve his flexibility and drop a little weight, but he's got unlimited potential. He wants to start. He wants to be great," Bedenbaugh said earlier this month.
