Tulsa has made a habit out of snatching up top in-state talent, and it hopes to continue that trend with Wagoner (Okla.) cornerback Kevin Peterson. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound speedster holds offers from Tulsa and Arizona, and he says he could make a decision soon.
