Eain Smith has recovered from off-season shoulder surgery, and the senior is ready and excited for his final season in a West Virginia uniform.

Smith has developed a nice on-the-field chemistry with fellow safeties Terence Garvin at spur and Darwin Cook at bandit and has a much better understanding of the 3-3-5 defense as a whole.
