Alabama commitment Darren Lake opened the high school season last Friday night at Sumter Central High School, the first ever game at the new high school.



In a 57-6 win over Choctaw County, Lake dominated as both the nose tackle on the defensive line and as a fullback, blocking on offense.



The 6-foot-3, 325-pound prospect finished with five tackles, two for a loss and one forced fumble. He also cleared the way for two rushing touchdowns.
