National Signing Day can be full of surprises but few announcements could have been as surprising as the one Florida received Wednesday morning.

Raphael Andrades, a three-star wide receiver out of Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln, signed with the Gators after a move was made in the final hour Tuesday night.
