Spring Preview: Offense
Spring is in the air. And that means spring football is on its way in Morgantown as West Virginia prepares to kick off this year's practices March 11. The Mountaineers will practice 15-times over a Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday schedule leading up to this year's Gold-Blue Game on Saturday April 21.

At quarterback West Virginia returns potential Heisman trophy candidate Geno Smith, who's coming off a junior season that has propelled him to be mentioned with the top signal callers in the nation. In his first year under Dana Holgorsen's tutelage Smith tossed for 31 touchdowns and only 7 interceptions, to go along with 4,385 yards passing en route to breaking almost every school and Big East Conference record in the process.
