Upper Marlboro (Md.) three-star wide receiver Paul Harris has seen his recruitment take off in recent weeks. Interestingly, USC can say they were at the cusp of the 6-foot-3, 180-pound receivers surge in stock. Last week, USC assistant coach Tee Martin was in Maryland to see Harris in person.
