Kinsey maturing, making plays
Defensive line coach Erik Slaughter had to feel like a broken record addressing the media during fall camp when he consistently stated that the incoming true freshmen were going to be counted on for reps this fall. And defensive end Eric Kinsey is one of those players that's taken advantage of the time he's been given up to this point.
Kinsey got work as early as the first quarter both in the base and the speed package against James Madison making several plays including a ball that he tipped at the line and almost came down with an interception.
