Bolingbrook, Illinois cornerback Parrker Westphal will be one of the top prospects in a deep year for talent in the state of Illinois this year.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Rivals250 member attended last June's Big Red Weekend and he has remained in contact with the Husker staff since then.
