Wangler has a tough decision to make
The next couple days won't be simple for Warren (Mich.) De La Salle linebacker Jared Wangler. The 6-1, 215-pounder has been committed to Penn State since early May, but less than a week ago, his home-state school offered. The two-star prospect took a visit to Ann Arbor today to see if the Maize and Blue could sway him away from the Nittany Lions.
"I got there with my dad and also with Brent [Morris, a friend and classmate at De La Salle]," Wangler explained. "We went in and we sat down with Coach Mattison, Coach Hoke, and all of the other defensive coaches. Really, we just talked, and I talked to them for about 30 minutes. Then after that, we toured the facilities a little bit and went over to the Big House and hung out there for a little bit."
