Orangebloods.com had a chance to see the best running back in the state a couple of weeks ago when we scouted Port Arthur Memorial star Jamaal Charles. The four-star back has been ripping off 300-yard games like crazy this season and Rivals has recently moved him to the No. 6 running back spot in the country.
