Lake City (S.C.) strong safety/outside linebacker Scotty Cooper has seen his stock rise considerably recently, so much so that he has a chance to debut in the Rivals.com top 10 in the Palmetto State's loaded class of 2007. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Cooper attended junior day at USC on Saturday, and called it another enjoyable trip to the Capital City. Are the Gamecocks now on the top of his list?
