The Razorbacks held their third-straight evening practice on Wednesday, but overall it was not as good as recent efforts, and for the second day in-a-row, sophomore quarterback Casey Dick did not participate in passing because of a stiff back.
Nutt says Dick could have practiced today, but trainor Dean Weber wanted to hold him out as a precautionary measure. Arkansas coach Houston Nutt stressed that he is not concerned with Dick's soreness and said, "I really think he's going to be fine." Dick is more comfortable after he stretches it, but it eventually starts to get tight, again. He wanted to throw today, and he was on the field with the offense encouraging his teammates the entire time.
