Wolverines sink claws into Quinn
Before the season, head coach Charlie Weis joked that if Brady Quinn stuck near the top of Heisman Trophy watch lists all season, that meant both the quarterback was playing well and Notre Dame was winning.
Against No. 11 Michigan on Saturday, neither proved true as Quinn turned in one of his worst performances and helped snuff No. 2 Notre Dame's chances of a spotless season. Quinn finished 24-of-48 for 234 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions. He also fumbled the ball late in the fourth quarter, which LaMarr Woodley returned 54 yards for the game's final points.
