DeSoto, Texas wide receiver Garrick Williams woke up Tuesday morning and decided he had his mind made up on where he wanted to play his college football.

Though several scholarship offers had come in from the likes of Kansas, Arizona, Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado State, and others, Williams said that he had to go with the school that had been at the top for some time now.
