Hemingway impresses at Shrine Bowl
After a week of showing off in practice, Michigan four-star wide receiver commitment Junior Hemingway made just two catches for 19 yards in the 70th Shrine Bowl Saturday. The annual event pits a group of North Carolina all-stars versus South Carolina all-stars. Hemingway, from Conway, S.C., impressed all week but was limited by his team's inability to get going offensively
Korn, a five-star prospect headed to Clemson, and the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback nationally, was just 5 of 15 for 62 yards, with an interception and two fumbles. While he and Hemingway failed to connect during the game, they hooked up many times in practice, earning rave reviews from the Rivals.com scouts in attendance. Hemingway's play also caught Korn's eye.
