Henry's departure disappointing
Chris Henry's decision last week to leave Arizona a year early and enter the NFL Draft was surprising, not only because of the running back's lack of success in college, but his potential for next season.
Henry, who gained 581 yards with seven touchdowns on the ground as a junior, was mostly disappointing for his first three seasons in Tucson. While Henry did score six of his seven touchdowns in the last four games of the 2006 season, he only gained over 2.4 yards per carry in one of those contests.
However, while Henry didn't exactly blow anyone away during his first three seasons, many expected him to finally turn the corner under new offensive coordinator Sonny Dykes and his spread offense.
