Williams bounces back in all-star game

IrishIllustrated.com Notre Dame commitment Ian Williams suffered through a disappointing senior season at Lyman High School. Fortunately, the 6-foot-2, 294-pound defensive tackle from Longwood, Fla., was selected to participate in December's Florida North-South All-Star Game.
Playing in the all-star game gave Williams the chance to end his high school career on a positive note. He didn't waste that opportunity. Williams and the North squad won 16-3.
"I think I played really well," Williams said. "I started the game and we rotated every three plays. (The South) couldn't run on us; we played well as a defense."
