Paskorz tries to get back up to speed

IrishIllustrated.com For Steve Paskorz, the past several months haven't gone so well.
The 6-foot-1, 215-pound linebacker from Pittsburgh, Pa., suffered a season-ending hamstring injury in October that limited his physical activity to upper body weight training. That's hardly the ideal way to prepare for a college football career, but Paskorz had no choice.
"It's been kind of depressing," Paskorz said. "I'm used to playing three sports and being very active. It was depressing; I just went to the gym and worked on my upper body to stay active."
The dark days are over. His doctor cleared Paskorz to resume normal training last week.
