After meeting Bobby Bowden last week, five-star running back Noel Devine desperately wanted to take his official visit to Florida State this past weekend. Unfortunately, that visit didn't take place.



Despite reports this morning, Devine did not "just miss" his flight, there was a good reason for his absence.
