After months of frustration and impatience, Bronx (N.Y.) John F. Kennedy speedster and Penn State Class of 2007 commitment Stephfon Green is finally back on the track.

Green ran in his first indoor track meet of the season on January 27, participating in the Mayor's Cup Championship. The meet was three weeks removed from having pins taken out of his surgically repaired ankle.

Green said that he has remained in contact with the Penn State coaches throughout this whole ordeal. He even entertained a member of the coaching staff at his school on January 16.
