Mullins knows how to play the game
There are a number of prospects who like the hype of recruiting. Even the athletes that don't care for the spotlight end up under its path at some point. Either way, the key for players to be successful at the next level is to understand that no matter what attention comes your way, how you prepare and how you play the game is all that matters in college football. BearTerritory caught up with a prospect that has all that in focus in Los Angeles (Calif.) Dorsey LB Robert Mullins.
"For me, the game has always just been about letting my play do the talking," Mullins said, referring to his style. "I am comfortable knowing I am going to work hard in the weight room, hard in the classroom, and hard on the field. I want to be the best I can."
