Dawgs rebuilding at linebacker
One the first day of spring practice the Georgia Bulldog linebacker core had a new look with a redshirt freshman, a junior, and a senior at the three starting spots.
The biggest move of the off-season was switching Brandon Miller from an outside linebacker to the middle or mike position. Miller started games at both the Sam and Will outside positions during his career, but he did cross train during spring and fall practices at the mike.
All three of Georgia's starting linebackers last season, Jarvis Jackson, Tony Taylor, and Danny Verdun each started at the mike position during their time in Athens. Miller will reach out to his former teammates for assistance as he makes the transition to the mike.
