After just crossing the border of Virginia into Tennessee on Interstate-81, there's a small city called Kingsport, Tenn. In 2008, Kingsport is more than just a small city off of the highway, it's also home to a stud quarterback in Sullivan South's Curt Phillips. Not surprising Virginia Tech is one of many schools looking at him. The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder even planned to make a trip to Blacksburg this weekend for a visit, did he make the journey?
