Rivals100 linebacker Terrell Manning out of Laurinburg (N.C.) Scotland County is one of the top targets on Virginia Tech's recruiting board. Hokiehaven.com has caught up with the 6-foot-2, 205-pounder to find out what he thinks about the Hokies following the terrible tragedy in Blacksburg last week.

"I don't have any leaders, but Virginia Tech is one of the schools still on my list of favorites which I didn't want to put out," he said. "What happened at Tech doesn't affect the recruiting of me. It's the same Virginia Tech to me.
