[db]Duval Kamara[/db] has kept his distance from Notre Dame since he signed with the Irish.

But the 6-foot-5, 220-pound wide receiver does get regular updates from campus even without making return visits to South Bend. Kamara checks in regularly with quarterback Jimmy Clausen for a status report on a Notre Dame offense that has some major questions at wide receiver.

Kamara thinks he can provide an answer.
