Instate prospect visits with Carr
Although not as top-end talented or deep as its predecessor, the class of 2008 in the state of Michigan is still one of the top three classes talent-wise in the last decade. Where the class is particularly strong is at the offensive line position. An emerging prospect at that position was in Ann Arbor yesterday and sat down with head coach Lloyd Carr.
North Branch (Mich.) offensive tackle Zach Hueter already holds a scholarship offer from Central Michigan and is hearing from most of the schools in the Big Ten and MAC conferences. At 6-7 and 267 pounds, he played tight end as a junior, but projects along the offensive line in college. Michigan found out about and has recruited Hueter since the spring and invited him down to visit on Thursday, May 31.
