Fort Washington (Md.) Friendly High School athlete Lamaar Thomas (5-foot-10, 170 pounds, 4.36 seconds) is one the top players in the nation. The Friendly standout has now racked up 27 offers. Virginia is the newest school to offer the lightning-fast playmaker. Thomas is close to narrowing his list. Are the Cavaliers entering the race too late or is there still time to make a run for Thomas?

"Virginia got on a little late but I think there is still time for them to make a strong case to make the cut for me," said Thomas.

Currently, six schools stand out to Thomas.
