One of the earliest verbal pledges in the Texas A&M 2008 football recruiting class seems to have been somewhat lost amidst the onslaught of Aggie commitments over the past few months.

With Texas A&M sitting at 18 commitments in the class already, including five offensive linemen, Pearland's Brian Thomas is somewhat of the forgotten man. However, the 6-foot-3, 265 pound Thomas was the highest-ranked of all the line commits when the recent Rivals rankings were published.

With things being relatively quiet for Thomas, he has gotten a chance to visit his future school and meet his fellow commits.

Thomas says that he is a solid commitment to A&M but that has not stopped a few other schools from throwing their hats' in the ring for his services.
