Budding star traveling to A&M for Game Night
There always seems to be a star waiting in the wings at DeSoto High School. Last year, you could have gone to DeSoto's opener at Garland to watch highly-touted defender Von Miller, and between plays heard the whispers about a cat-quick junior running back who was the next Tatum Bell.
However, he didn't see much of the field, and just when you're thinking the guy's an urban legend, Garland punts to open the third quarter. Cyrus Gray proceeds to take it back 85 yards for a touchdown and make virtually everyone on the coverage team miss him at least once.
