Jarvis adds weight, strength

KentStateReport.com In 2005, Kent State limped to just 45.9 rushing yards per game. Last fall, with the addition of redshirt freshman Eugene Jarvis and quarterback Julian Edelman the Golden Flashes improved by over 100 yards per game as they ended the season with an average of 158.4 yards per game.
Jarvis, at 5-foot-5, 155-pounds, accounted for nearly 800 yards and three scores last season.
He hopes to improve on those numbers in 2007.
"I'm feeling real good," said Jarvis. "I'm strong and well conditioned; I'm ready for the challenge. I'm ready to increase numbers and do bigger things than I did last year."
