Omaha (Neb.) Westside tight end Damon Bechtold nearly finished the
summer without any scholarship offers. But with one final camp at Colorado
State in July, this athletic bigman was able to impress the coaches into
offering him his first scholarship.

Bechtold is far from making that final decision.

The Rams are not the only school that is recruiting Bechtold. Others include Iowa State, Nebraska, Kansas State, Ohio and Vanderbilt.
