Field General: Senior Bret Meyer (6-3, 205) is the most-experienced starting quarterback in the Big 12 Conference. The Atlantic, Iowa, product has been the Cyclones' starting QB since he was a freshman in 2004. He enters Saturday's game as the ISU career leader in total offense (8,957) and touchdown passes (45). On the season, the fleet-footed Meyer has completed 86-of-128 passes for 811 yards (67.2 percent) and four TDs. He's also averaging 41.8 yards per game rushing.
