Hobbs, New Mexico small forward Jeff Taylor made a fourth trip to a college campus last weekend, tripping to his father's alma mater, Texas Tech, on a weekend in which his father was inducted into the Hall of Honor. After official visits to UNLV September 7, Gonzaga September 15 and Texas September 29, the 6-foot-7 high flyer took in the Red Raiders, but this time on an unofficial visit.

Taylor, who averaged 28 points and 15 rebounds as a junior at Hobbs High, says the visit to Texas Tech wasn't really a recruiting trip.

Taylor, who has offers in hand from Texas, Gonzaga, UNLV, Texas Tech and Nebraska, among others, says he is still planning to take all five of his allotted official visits.
