AU visit exceeds expectations for corner
Tucker (Ga.) defensive back Neiko Lipscomb anticipated having a good time in Auburn this past weekend but his 48 hours on the Plains exceeded even his highest expectations.
"I think it went good, very good. It was better than I expected," Lipscomb said of his official visit. "It liked the way I was treated. Everybody was really nice. I got to see the campus and bond with the players a lot."
The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Lipscomb rated his visit a 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
"I don't want to say perfect because this was my first one but it was real nice," said Lipscomb.
Lipscomb, who was joined by his parents on the visit, met with new defensive coordinator Paul Rhoads.
